Melissa Church is a multimedia designer and animator currently enrolled in the Master of Art + Design program at North Carolina State University.

She received her undergraduate degree in Multimedia Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005, and spent two years at the Savannah Morning News in Savannah, Georgia, working as an online content producer for the newspaper's website, Savannahnow.com. She then went on to work as an interactive media designer for Onpoint Digital, Inc., a Savannah-based e-Learning company, before returning to her home state of North Carolina to pursue her Masters degree.

Melissa believes that multimedia design should be as informed and intelligent as it is unique and innovative. Her diverse experience with clients has given her a unique perspective from which to approach visual communication.
